I told Fran a couple of weeks ago that I wished I owned several houses in San Marino just so I could have her sell tham.  I have never heard, "I can take care of it," so many times in the course of any transaction.

The truth is:  she's done a terrific job for us.  Nothing less, from beginning to end.  I don't think you could possibly find anyone better to represent your interests.
